What Vision 2030 Now Demands of Organisations, Beyond Compliance
National transformation agendas have shifted from aspiration to accountability. We examine what this means for organizational strategy in the region's most consequential market.

Each practice can be engaged independently. Our most consequential engagements span all four, because that is how real organisational challenges present themselves.
Where to compete. How to win. Which capabilities to build. The rigour of a global firm, the fluency of a regional specialist.
Organisations that perform, not organisations that look good on paper. Structure, governance, operating model, and change.
The management infrastructure that bridges strategic intent and operational reality. Systems, processes, and leadership capability.
In an era of Saudization, Emiratization, and fierce talent competition, getting human capital architecture right is existential.
Meravia Partners was founded on a conviction that has been proven across every major consulting market: the overhead of large global advisory firms is not the same as their quality. Senior expertise and methodological rigour can be delivered at a fraction of the cost, when the model is built correctly.
Every engagement is led by a principal-level consultant with 15 to 25 years of relevant experience. No junior staffing. No on-the-job learning billed at partner rates. The person who sells the engagement is the person who delivers it.
We are independent. Our recommendations are never shaped by a technology vendor partnership, a cross-selling quota, or a product portfolio. We advise. That is all we do.
"Senior expertise. Independent delivery. A fraction of the cost."
Meet the founderDr. Khaled El Merachli founded Meravia Partners to give leadership teams direct access to senior expertise. Over more than 25 years he has advised sovereign institutions and major regional organisations across the GCC on the decisions that shape how an enterprise is structured, led and run.
His perspective draws on four disciplines that rarely sit in one advisor: leadership, political economy, finance and law. He reads a business challenge as an executive, an economist, a financial analyst and a lawyer would, which is why his advice holds up in front of boards, regulators and finance teams, and why it turns into decisions rather than reports.
Dr. Khaled holds two doctorates, one in Business Studies with a focus on Management and Leadership and one in Political Economy, alongside an MSc in Finance, a BBA and a law degree (LLB). He is a faculty member at Transcontinental University, an author and a lecturer. He works natively in English and Arabic.
"The person who sells the engagement
is the person who delivers it."
This is not a principle. It is a structural commitment.

Nationalization targets have evolved into a genuine strategic opportunity for organisations willing to invest in authentic development pathways for local talent.
The failure rate in organisational redesign is not due to poor structure choices. It is due to poor sequencing. Here is the framework that changes the outcome.
